• Valid passport meeting current Schengen validity/issue-date rules
• Completed and signed short-stay Schengen visa application form
• Recent ICAO-compliant biometric photographs
• Travel medical insurance valid throughout the Schengen area with required minimum coverage
• Round-trip transport reservation / travel itinerary
• Accommodation evidence covering the intended stay
• Proof of sufficient financial means for the trip
• Employment/NOC, business registration or student evidence, as applicable
• Cover letter explaining purpose, itinerary and funding
• Civil-status / family documents where requested by the competent mission (as applicable)
• Invitation, host and sponsor documents for private/family visits, where applicable (as applicable)
• Previous passports / visas and travel history, where relevant (as applicable)
• Biometrics, unless a valid exemption or reusable biometric record applies (as applicable)
• For minors: birth certificate, parental consent and guardian documents, as applicable (as applicable)
